About Us

Born out of the pandemic, we began in March of 2020. Joshua Cooper is a career executive chef and director of food and beverage. After the pandemic shut things down, Cooper found he was being contacted by colleagues to come in and help them remain profitable.

With over 25 years of experience as an executive chef and director of food and beverage at upscale eateries and hotels, I found that many friends and colleagues were having difficulty navigating the changing landscape of the hospitality industry during the pandemic. I initially started helping businesses streamline so they could remain viable during uncertain times, and this eventually evolved into a full-time consulting business.
